Because each order is a custom order and each piece is a custom piece made especially for you, thank you for understanding we cannot accept returns and do not offer store credits or exchanges.

production time

Production times will vary as each piece is made to order by hand. Estimates for each piece have been given on the website and are generally about 3-4 weeks, plus shipping time. Should there be any production delays, we will contact you immediately. If you should need a piece sooner than the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your special situation. 


Should your jewelry ever need a repair, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you. The cord used in our jewelry is meant to withstand daily wear. However, if you would like the cord replaced at any time, this may be done for a small fee. Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to make any changes for you.

All jewelry being sent back for a repair is at the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend shipping your package with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. a3AmyLin, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred or packages lost during transit, in either direction, by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other shipping choices. We do not guarantee that we will receive your package.

Pricing and the time frame needed to complete the repair will depend on the nature of the repair upon evaluation. After receiving your package and inspecting the jewelry, we will email you to inform you of the cost for the repair.
